Question: i just finished reading your book and i really enjoyed it. i also left you a message on here yesterday, but as i was reading the book i made a really weird to connect to it. i always tend to do that when i read, while i was going through it and it came to the part where she went with a boy that you didn't know about, and how she almost told you everything and how her best friend was her mom, the same excat dialogue (maybe a little different) was used between me and my mom. i also mentioned this to some else but when i finished your book the power went out but only in my room. i walked out to the kitchen when it came back on and none of the clocks were blinking, everything else was running and only my room (where i was reading the book) was affected i just thought that was a little weird. i asked my mom if the power had ran out and she said no. also two nights before i read this book or even discovered it in the schools library i had a dream that i was watching a hit-and-run like what i read what happened to your daughter, almost excat match up. i just wanted to let you no that and that i still want to help.

Noah's Friend Here

Question: For security and protection purposes, I do not choose to reveal what prison he is in, but he has been moved from several places and unfortunately further away from his family each time. Between Chicago, to Wisconsin to South Carolina to Atlanta Colorado Florida and Tennessee. I am sure maybe the federal prison system may have a way of searching where an inmate is.

The paper may state he entertained the political officials, but the paper can be misleading or full of hearsy. There may have been a couple of occassions they were there when he was, but it was not a habit or regular event...He did pretty much keep a low profile because he was engulfed in having successful franchise and construction businesses providing for his family. The spotlight was left for Jesse to handle.

Question: are there any updates on the vietnamese boyfriend Kate had at the time of her death, does he help at all with any of this? What do you feel about him having been involved.

Asked on Saturday, December 03, 2005 at 05:04:03 PM
Reply: No updates. Our personal belief is that he did not kill Kait and did not want her killed, but that he knows much more than he has stated. He was phoning people, hysterically babbling, "Kait's shot! They killed Kait!" three hours before police "woke him up" to inform him.

The timing makes us believe he was at the scene. The wording, "They killed Kait!" makes us believe that he knows who "they" are.

Question: Noah is not scheduled to be released from prison. He was assigned much more time over the statutes of limitation but can't seem to get the right people to grant him this truth. Usually life doesn't mean life, but in his case, they made sure it happened. As for the political VIPs, Noah has no recollection of entertaining any, but sometimes others may have used or stayed in his home that were associates of his friends, and this could have been the case when he was not there. He permanent residence was elsewhere. I doubt that he has information regarding Kait's case because until recently, he had never heard about it. I'm sure if he did, he would want the mystery resolved because he has 5 daughters of his own.

Reply: Albq. Journal, June 14, 1988: "Although Robinson has been doing business here for a few years AND HAS ENTERTAINED RANKING NEW MEXICO POLITICIANS IN HIS SANDIA HEIGHTS HOME, he said he managed to maintain a low profile until the truck-stop proposal was made public earlier this year."

Question: When is Noah Robinson going to be released from prison? I know a life sentence doens't mean life. He should be up for porole. I was wondering, if Kate saw a political VIP buying , it must of been somebody big. She probably wouldn't recognize him unless it was somebody big. Do you know where Dung N. is? Is he still in Albuquerque? I am surprised that nobody involved talked yet, but maybe someday they will talk to the wrong people and it will all come out.

Asked on Monday, November 28, 2005 at 04:34:20 PM
Reply: We don't have any information about Noah Robinson other than what we have read in newspapers. Robinson's friend, who has been posting on this message board, may be able to supply answers.

Yes, the VIP Kait saw (if, indeed, she did see him) would have had to have been someone she recognized from TV appearances.

The last we heard, Dung was in Albuquerque, but we have not heard anything about him recently.

Yes, people do talk -- especially this long after the fact when the dust has settled. And some of them are already doing so.

Noah Robinson

Question: His ties to his current case are because he tried to help the wrong people, and they took advantage. He was investigated long before the government could tie him to any murder, drugs, etc, simply because it looked suspicious that he was doing so well. A conspiracy was set up against him by saying he paid others to kill one of his childhood best friends who in fact he tried to help stay out of trouble. The last residing judge over his case was the Chief of Police while he was being investigated. Witnesses were bribed during trial. He really had no chance. Now he sits in prison constantly researching, writing, trying to gain some free time of what\'s left of his life. He is married. He has 8 children, and NO none of those names mentioned were his sons. John(Tony) is his youngest brother, George, is a younger brother that has passed since his incarceration, and Alfreda is his wife. As for why he had business or a residence in Albuquerque, it\'s because he wanted to. He saw great opportunity with buidling there and for business with truck stops but did not go through with that because of his trial. Its for the same reason that Donald Trump does not live in Chicago but is building residence thre. Because he can. Now Mr. Robinson has enough problems unfairly loaded onto him, so while I sincerely pray Kait\'s murder is solved, I can honestly say you can rule him out of the equation. Also, remember, there are always two sides to a story and the media can only tell you what ti wants you to know. God Bless.

Question: Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone with this being the Eve of the Holiday. I especially hope that Kait\'s family enjoys their Holiday with warm memories of her. I just ran across the newly posted questions and concerns regadring Noah Robinson. I know him personally and can assure everyone that he has no ties to this case. As a matter of fact, he has no ties to the case that he is currently serving life for now. Mr. Robinson earned a degree from the Wharton School of Business at at time when that was not common for blacks. He had a Bachelors in Chemistry and did well at that before receing his MBA. He was/is an intellect and just very successful at his work. He was a business man that loved to create work opportunities for others and loves to make money so that he could enjoy life and provide for his family. He did a fine job doing this with his business profession of managing food franchises and construction. There was no need for him to receive funds from drug trafficking or any other illegal illegitmate form of business.

Hello

Question: I read your book and i thought (i am sorry if this has already been done or suggested) that if you were to e-mail a letter to cbs 48 hours that they would be sure to show your case and might bring up more evidence leading towards Kaitlyn's death.
I hope you find everybody responsible
Daniel

Reply: "48 Hours" did have an interest in the story and assigned a director to it and then decided it was "too complex" for their format. "Unsolved Mysteries" did a story right after my book came out, and you may still see reruns on the "Lifetime" Channel. But, at that time, the story was till relatively simple -- just the Vietnamese car wreck scam. All the information about the drug activity, the cover-up at the scene, etc., occurred after that. Those elements are what now make the story complex.

Where did Kait work?

Question: Was Kait in some line of work where she might have stumbled on knowledge about drugs? Like in a bar or something?

Reply: Kait worked after school and on weekends at Pier One Imports at Fair Plaza in Albuquerque. She was manager of PassPort Clothing, in charge of shipping and receiving and checking the invoices.

Kait's things

Question: Was there anything interesting among Kait's things that sheds new light on the case? If so, can you tell us what it was? I am sure, you are just happy to have her things back because they mean a lot to you. I hope channel KRQE will do a story on Kait. I e-mailed them too, it might help.
Best wishes to you keep up looking for Kait's killers.
