Now the guy who had the convo is wrong?????

Question: And the reason that conversation was going on is Tom knew through Bernie and Mark that Diana Harris was never found and the cops did absolutely nothing to find out what happened.

You know why I am quoting a conversation that I wasn't privy to? Because the Becker side was not there at the time of the conversation and neither was his wife and they know it all. IT FITS AND THEY LIKE THEIR STORIES. So what they want you to read is what they put.

The guy who actually had the conversation was wrong and his friend (who is BERNIE'S friend) is correct.

This is hysterical.

Right...

Question: Is it any wonder that Cannon changed his story when confronted by homicide detectives asking about his talk of hiding a body?
I think his sister's version is more believable, as are the quotes from Tom. (If he ever committed suicide he would hide his body so no one will find it.....Looks like he did what he said, and did it well enough that no one found it.)

thanks

Question: This time you added Patrick Cannon's comments....except you didn't add all of them. Patrick told the detectives that they were talking about how easy it would be to get rid of a body in the Keys. He told them Stump would never kill himself.

suicide? you decide.

Question: This is what the wife of Tom's partner told detectives:

"When asked what she thought happened to Stump, she said she thought Tom had killed himself. She said her brother (Pat Cannon) had told her about a conversation he had once with Stump several years prior to the disappearance. They talked about how they would kill themselves if they ever did it. STUMP HAD SAID HE WOULD CRAWL DOWN INTO SOME MANGROVES AND SHOOT HIMSELF, THAT WAY HE WOULD NOT BE FOUND. He had further said that the fish would eat him."

Cannon responded by saying that they weren't talking about suicide, just about hiding a body....presumably someone they would murder, and not want the body found. How nice. People who talk like that are capable of ANYTHING.

Was Tom Stump capable of committing suicide?

WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!!

Did Bernie?

Question: DId Tom have a habit of going to a motel and drink? Bernie mentions this thought in her deposition. She said that what she thought Tom may have done when he left.

She also said he went in a boat and drown.

She also said he died swimming.

She also said he must have comitted suicide.

He went from the motel to the water where?

Question: Talking to bernie in your postings makes you look ridiculous. Bernie doesnt post on here and you know it. You know it because you wouldnt either if you were her. The crime that you think she should defend herself against only exists in the make-believe world of real-crimes. Do you think she gives a sh+t about about this little miniscule corner of cyberspace? She has moved on long long ago with her life. Speaking to bernie in your postings makes you look completely dilusional. You seem so desperate to get access to her that you have just decided to pretend that she is here. Do you dream about her also? I suspect so. You should seek help for that. This website has become unhealthy for you. Since we know you are a stump family member, we have to wonder if this " gene" was the one that sent tom off with his beloved glock. Your dilusional tendency and Tom's past makes one wonder if you shouldnt be seeking help like today, asap.

We know for a fact that bernie doesnt post. The defense team can account for every posting.

wrong again

Question: How unfortunate that grieving family members cannot come to grips with Tom's suicide. They seek to find fault, to blame others, to do anything that diverts attention from the real root of the matter. Such is the case of Tom Stump, but it is one that is complicated by his hiding of his own body. Despite the absolutely total lack of evidence of any foul play, family members have seized on minor discrepancies in their feeble, mean-spirited attempts to shift the blame from Tom to the family he deserted. Fortunately, dispassionate investigators have not been swayed by these unfounded accusations. They have arrived at the correct conclusion: Tom Stump left of his own free will. No crime. No foul play. No evidence to the contrary. Where Tom went after walking away remains a mystery, but the fact that he has not returned makes it a near certainty that he did, indeed, commit suicide as he promised.

Question: Bernie for your 2 cents........again

You ignore reality while grasping for fantasy

Question: I do not pretend to speak for Bill or the family, but I have talked to all of them enough to know that they are all very good people who have survived a tragedy and pulled themselves together to form a wonderful family. Bernie and the girls love and respect Bill for picking up the pieces of the family that Tom shattered with his suicide. (Be assured that they all know what Tom did. They do not doubt the full intent of Tom's last words to them.)

I am quite sure that none of you (the one of you?) has ever spoken to the Beckers about this matter. They have never hesitated to answer my questions. But do not expect them to respond to any of your anonymous attacks on this website. They are above that. They are beyond Tom's death. They have put that sad chapter behind them. They are busy enough with the present and the future. They do not need to ruminate on the past.

Difficult for just two young woman that's it.

Question: This is to Bill Becker.

How hard was it for you to lose Tom Stump?
How hard was it for you Bill?

There were two young girls you pounced on that didn't belong to you.
Some say Bonnie is yours, I don't believe that. It's something that Bernie would love to believe.
Haven't you said that both girls are yours? Well remember this. Tom said the same thing. You're second on that.

Just how hard was it to walk out of that apartment and into a home that was already complete? Two daughters grown very well. and plenty of money? A woman who put you on a cloud as if you are an Adonis?

How hard was it for you?

Not hard at all.

Good radio show Mrs. Stump

Question: "Had Tom agreed to see a counselor, AS BERNIE ASKED, his suicide may have been avoided."

"making FALSE allegations against an innocent family."

In two things you are incorrect... Counseling would have had no effect at all. This is no more than pointing the finger that Tom was bad and Bernie was good. 'we were going to be together NO MATTER WHAT' remember that?

No one is making any false allegations about the "family". Bernie and Bill are not innocent. If Bill isn't totally involved in this he has embedded himself so deep that he can't get out of it now. He has put himself into a web of deceit that has dug him so deep it would be impossible to dig out.

Have you talked to Bernie's friends who say Bernie saw Bill the whole time? No
Have you talked to a neighbor that said they saw Bernie's car at Bill's while married to Tom? No

You are so convinced that Tom killed himself and don't have any feelings that foul play could have been?

You are alone (or should I say except for Bernie)

Please get help for your anger problem

Question: From the beginning, this has bee a difficult situation all around, but the words and actions of the Stump family have made it so much worse. The suicide of a son (or daughter) presents unique circumstances that intensify and prolong the mourning of parents and family members. Suicide is a reaction to overwhelming feelings of loneliness, worthlessness, helplessness, hopelessness, and depression. It usually occurs when a person’s pain exceeds his or her resources and ability to cope. While mental illness plays a role in many suicides, not everyone who dies by suicide is mentally ill. While Tom was somewhat unbalanced, few would consider him mentally ill.

Sometimes there are warning signs of the person’s intentions. However, clues may be so disguised that even a trained professional or counselor may not recognize them. Occasionally there are no discernible signs, and suicide becomes a catastrophic decision that can never be understood or resolved. Had Tom agreed to see a counselor, as Bernie asked, his suicide may have been avoided. We'll never know.

But there's no beneficial purpose to be gained in dragging out the grief and making false allegations against an innocent family.
