Question: so he committed suicide? I guess I'll show her (Bernie)....I'll just kill myself and she can have everything. Doesn't seem plausible. And why weren't the phone records turned over to the investigating officer? They're in storage in GA. That information was given to Sheriff Roth.

It's obvious that 		 
Question: Tom was the cowardly deserter. He walked out, abandoned his family, because he couldn't brow-beat Bernie out of wanting a divorce. He couldn't get his way, so he left to commit suicide and hide his body, thinking his disappearance would be forever shrouded in mystery. And did it on his daughter's birthday...how considerate. But it didn't take long for everyone to realize his shallow, self-centered purpose.

Who are you to condemn the family for picking up the pieces and moving on? You weren't there. You don't know what they had to go through. I have talked to all of them, and I must say I admire them greatly for their courage and strength. They are the heroes in this tragedy.

Question: Can we please get back to the reason for the web. Tom is a missing person. Bill was involved with Bernie at the time of the disappearance. The witnesses had conflicting stories. Bernie wanted a divorce that Tom didn't want. What was at stake? Money, assets, humans. Bernie wins. For now.

So can we have the phone records? Can we see the receipt for the returned boot? Can we have the name of the magazines Tom supposedly read? Can you tell us who you sold that supposed arsenal too?

No answers. Because they have NEVER WANTED TO HELP.

Reality check 		 
Question: Recall- Toms last words were a farewell to bonnie telling her that she would never see him again and she could see him in her dreams. He then left and has never been seen again. Do you realize that tom has prior knowledge of his disappearance before it happens? His statements to bonnie display very clear understanding that he is about to vanish. This fact alone rules out any rational thought of foul play. Were not dealing with bernie lieing. Bonnie relates the exact words tom spoke to her. The murder conspiracy is pure folly in light of the above. Case closed : suicide.

Won't you give up the information? 		 
Question: This website is not about cows or other people but Tom Stump. We are trying to find out information about what really happened to Tom. And Bernie can give it but chooses not to. If Bernie would just give up the phone records etc. these (or at least some of them) questions might have a brighter light. But Bernie won't help. Bill backs her because he has a lot to have taken from him if he doesn't. It seems those things are the most important to them besides people. (of course except themselves)

Question: We believe that Bernie and Bill do type in. If you have followed this case over the many years it's obvious. Bernie has learned to spell check better and Bill has lowered his ability but it still shows. There aren't people out there that could have the passion in some of the emails typed unless they are the target.

Question: Your continual attempts to blame Bernie and Bill for Tom's disappearance will get you nowhere. They have cooperated with investigators at every stage. They have passed polygraph tests. There has never been any evidence that even remotely implicates them in any sort of foul play. They have been eliminated as possible suspects in Tom's disappearance. They have survived a family tragedy that would tear other families apart. Yet you continue your feeble attempts to malign them with falsehoods. All because you can't accept that Tom could, and did, commit suicide.

After all, we're not talking about someone dealing sanely with reality. Here is someone who kept an AK-47 and 2000 rounds of ammunition UNDER HIS BED. He buried gold coins in the backyard. He subscribed to ultra-right-wing anti-government newsletters. He did marijuana and cocaine. He talked about hiding bodies in the mangroves (his own included). He was reclusive, moody and suspicious of everyone. And he didn't have the emotional maturity to deal with his wife asking for a divorce. So he committed suicide and hid his body in a sick attempt to create suspicion and to prevent his wife from breaking free of his suffocating control and having a life of her own. And he did it on his only daughter's eighth birthday. He was a real piece of work.

Face it......that's the reality of the situation.
