Check out this truth...

Question: Question: Sally told Det. Jan Penley (in a taped interview) that Stump left in a car.
Sally was taped July 28, 1995

1,2,3,4,5

Question: The biggest falsehood here is Bernie saying she wasn't with Becker before Tom disappeared.
The second is that she says that all three stood their watching Tom walk into the woods.
The third is that it was only Bonnie who actually talked to Tom before he left.
The forth is that Bernie told the cops that Tom had a gun and was leaving to kill himself.
The fifth is that there are no discrepancies in this case.

SO

Question: Stump left in "the" car. That doesn't mean his car, truck, or the rental van.
He put gas in the truck. Now what did he drive to the bank and post office later that morning?

You are wrong again (what else is new?)

Question: Sally said Tom "left in THE car" referring obviously to the family car.

She did NOT say that Tom "left in A car" referring to someone else's car.

It is true that Tom drove to the gas station that morning, but he returned to the house.

I am so sorry that you cannot see the difference in these statements, but there is a BIG difference.

For anyone who is following this story, it is just one more attempt to twist the facts. Please stop.

So you agree

Question: that Sally never said Tom "left in a car"

Good. Now we can move on to your other falsehoods.

and...

Question: And Sally also never said she watched Tom go into the woods in a particular place and cried and pulled on him to stay. She said he told her he was trying to keep us together not ,,, to never see her again. Bonnie maybe since she belongs to Becker but Sally is his blood. But Becker had to have control over both.

and...

Question: You make sure that you say Sally was asleep still when you returned so that if Tom returned and was taken in a car that Sally's statement about Tom leaving in a car would be incorrect.

You are really trying to put this puzzle into all the right places but your effort just makes you look more stupid than usual.

How do you know she didn't get up in that 1/2 hour you were gone?
Because someone was there with Sally?
No? Then how?
Yes? Then who?

Not Bonnie's letter

Question: You mean read what Bernie wrote?

Asked on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 08:15:54 AM

And you wonder why no one believes you

Question: Read what Bonnie wrote.

Then read your reply.

Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Question:
Is Bernie looking for a book deal?

This paragraph is ridiculous! She lets everyone know exactly what truck they took to search the streets!

She tells us that Bernie was crying. (that's a good one)

She makes sure that you think that the cops were called but if that is true Bernie sure didn't tell them he had a gun and was going to commit suicide or that would not have been their response.
(also she forgot to tell us that she was talking continentally with Bill Becker)

Just road down a dirt road huh? Well why did that take 1/2 hour?

Looking hard how? Did you get out of the car and search in the woods?

THE DOGS DID NOT SNIFF IN ANY WOODS.

Bernie you are so stupid. Do you really think anyone believes all these stupid lies you tell?
ha ha ha ha ridiculous.

From Bonnie's letter to Rose

Question: Upstairs I read a book for an hour and then noticed it was very quiet in the house. I found my mother in her room crying. She told me she was calling the police, and I agreed. Unfortunately, the dispatcher told my mother that they couldn’t file a missing person report until 24 hours had passed. Sally had fallen back asleep so my Mother and I jumped into Tom’s truck and rode down the dirt road next to our house. We were screaming his name and looking hard for him. When we returned to the house Sally was still asleep and there was no indication that Tom had returned. Mom made a phone call to a detective and told him about what happened. After that, deputies were dispatched to our house. They sent a helicopter and patrol cars, searching throughout the afternoon. For days and weeks afterward, neighbors and friends searched Lower Sugarloaf. Search parties combed the mangroves and the thick woods. Helicopters and small planes searched by air. Boats and kayaks searched the bay, coastline and nearby islands. Search dogs sniffed through the woods. But Tom was gone without a trace. He knew these woods better than anyone who was looking for him. If he didn’t want to be found, nobody was going to find him.

Let's do it!

Question: Lets all of us who frequent this board contact Det. Berry, "When Justice Fails," at chaplainjb@tds.net and ask him to devote a month of shows to those two cases. He can interview everybody, Rose, Diana's daughter Christine, Bernie, the daughters, Mark, the cops, etc. That would be great for all of them.

"When Justice Fails"

Question: Since the radio blog, "When Justice Fails," is concentrating on cases from the Real Crimes web site, maybe the producer would be interested in the Tom Stump and Diana Harris cases? What's to lose by asking him?

reality check #229346

Question: The three people who witnessed Tom Walk away have no doubt whatsoever that Tom commtted suicide. They were there. You were not. For you to call them liars, and worse, is irresponsible, unconscionable and condemnable. They were victimized by Tom's suicide. Why must you continue to victimize them? (I would venture a guess that you have never spoken to them about this. Right? I have, and I can assure you that they have come to closure with it, and have moved on.)

FYI....Rose states her faulty premise clearly: "It's impossible for me to believe that Tom committed suicide and hid his own body."

She rejects the eyewitness accounts. She rejects the findings of the multiple investigations. She rejects the passed polygraphs.

Bottom line....she's dead wrong.

And that's why this story gets zero credence from the media, the public, the cops and anyone who can think clearly.

"When Murderers Walk Free"

Question: Those of us who created and maintain the Real Crimes Web site would like to go on record as strongly endorsing the book, "Where Murderers Walk Free," by Jerry C. Berry. Anybody who cares enough about this subject to be visiting this message board will benefit from reading this book by the lead detective on the Ronda Reynolds case, which is on our Web site, (please read the case report by Ronda's mother), and who quit the department rather than participate in a cover-up. Our nation's top true-crime writer, Ann Rule, has become interested in the cases on this Web site and is currently writing a book about the Ronda Reynolds case.

Anyone interested in Jerry's book can email him directly at jcb118@tds.net
and order his book directly from him and have it autographed. You can also order his book by going to www.trafford.com.

Jerry has a blogtalk radio show, "When Justice Fails," on Monday nights at 7:00 pm PST (Washington State time). You can listen live and participate in the discussions or tune in to the recorded show later at www.blogtalkradio.com/jerry-c-berry.

Bill was the first to report it.

Question: Oh yes Bernie Bill was the first. He is the best. He's the greatest. He's full of it that's what he is.

Bill was ALSO THE FIRST TO BE CALLED AND INVOLVED...

Not too many brains there!!
