Killed, suicide or living... 		 
Question: Who's badgering an innocent family? Are we not just discussing this case? I am open to either side but you haven't given me any evidence that Tom committed suicide. You have no proof and "proof" isn't evident to someone who's not involved in the case.

Why do you want to believe that he killed himself? Wouldn't it be a good thing to believe that Tom was still alive? Talking about hanging, stabbing, shooting is all grossly descriptive and hurtful to a mother who has a date soon coming to his disappearance day. Does this make you happy?

Tom was in his yard and then he wasn't. That is all we know for sure. Because one person thinks something he said means exactly what she clicks in her head or because a man who has been told his wife is leaving him for her lover for the 2nd (or more who knows) time he didn't want to live without her doesn't mean a thing.

It makes you feel good to stand behind Bill with neon sign saying savior but the truth is he slithered in and became a bouffant snake from his own admissions.

Question: Minor discrepancies in who said/did what when/where are common in the wake of a traumatic incident. Detectives will tell you that accounts vary in such emotionally charged situations. What is not normal is when everyone tells exactly the same story, in exactly the same words. That is an indication to them that the story has been "scripted." Tom would likely not say the same final words to each of the three. In this case, detectives have repeatedly concluded, base on the eyewitness testimony of three people, that Tom walked away of his own free will. No blood. No foul play. No crime. No sign of a struggle. No accounts to the contrary. No evidence he did anything other than leave. He walked, plain and simple. While there are a few people who believe he started a new life somewhere else, the overwhelming view is that he did what he said he would do: he committed suicide.

Why you continue to badger an innocent family only tells us that you are having a personal problem dealing with Tom's suicide. You should not feel guilty. You had no role in Tom's taking of his own life. You are not to blame. No one is. Let it go. It will set you free.....

Too many holes in this story. 		 
Question: If tom were found with video of him hamging himself with a goodby letter beside him you would still find holes all through the case. You dont seek the truth, the truth is in front of your nose, right out of tom's last statement to bonnie- you seek to slander an innocent family- and we all can see you for what you are.

They know what? That there are 3 reasons that Tom could be missing? That what the detectives have concluded is incorrect and they know better than they do? What training do they have?

What they know is nothing more than anyone else.

Those words per the statements were definitely not the last words of Tom. After Bonnie had her 30 minutes conversation with Tom she asked him to go upstairs isn't that correct? Was no other words spoken when he went upstairs. Of course there was. He told Sally he was going for a walk. Meanwhile Bonnie must not have told Sally what Tom said until after he went missing. Or did she say it right then while Tom was standing there listening? When did Bernie learn of this? After he disappeared?

When exactly did Tom leave Sally and go downstairs?

Too many holes in this story.

While Im not a stump- I can tell you that they know deep down that tom did exactly what he said he was going to do : Kill himself. The stumps run this website for the opportunity to hack and slander the becker family. The irony is that there is nobody on this site except the same two to three stump supporters and the 4 defense team members, really down to three active posters.

Recall that the last words that tom spoke showed a clear knowledge of his disappearance before it happpened. He has absoute and clear knowledge of this based on his statement to bonnie. There is no person on earth who can make an arguement for murder knowing the above fact. Murder is a complete impossibility.

Question: Why do you discount the fact that a man who was secretive as Tom, per you, who hides coins and money and owns guns couldn't possible have gotten a passport as another person?

You also discount the fact that someone having those things and doing drugs could very well have enemies and things could go wrong. The 11 am curfew could have been because he had a deal going before the vacation that didn't go as well as he expected. He could have meant he was going to be killed by drug dealers when he said "you'll see me in your dreams".

That could be the reason that no one found pot in the woods behind the house. I was stolen during the deal and he went after them.

That is a possibility. Remember Diana Harris was living, went missing and no one in that house reported her missing or called her family to see if she returned to her children. Hiding behind deceit.

A wife and lover ready to make their lives with money, houses and more power is motive.

If the phone records were given, if the court has all the information and the children weren't tossed away from the Stump family, more information would be readily at hand and that could have proven either way. But Bernie and Bill hide behind this and that shows deceit.

Question: Tom must have confronted Bernie about Bill. He also mentioned it to Scott. Someone tells that Tom threatened Bill.

Why Bernie would involve her child only she knows. It was between adults and the children should have been left out of it. But they were put front center for what reason?

No, Tom didn't talk suicide to anyone.

Many people hit coins and money. It's a way of keeping them safe. If he was into drugs he may have been worried of a break-in.

Why do the magazines print those type magazines and are they still in business?

If Tom kept a gun like that under his bed he was afraid of someone. Bill maybe?

I can't tell you anything about Rose or whoever Charlie and Chad are.

Why can't the complete Becker family accept that Tom could be alive?

If the gun was missing when did the detectives determine he killed himself?
If Tom killed himself behind the house and had a high powered weapon why did Bernie take her daughter in a car looking for him?
Where they any houses behind Tom and Bernie's house at the time?
Was the first search by detectives only? Or were neighbors trampling in the woods without a search by the authorities first?
Who was the one who said they found pot papers with lipstick on them?
If the detectives had an idea Bernie's behavior was abnormal did they document this fact?
Did Rose talk to the original detective that came to meet Bernie and override the 911 call and was there evidence of that fact?
Many questions haven't been answered on the message board. Can anyone answer some of these questions so that we can get a conversation of the fact or non-fact going?

The timeline shows that Bonnie called Rose to say that Tom killed himself. Why didn't Bernie call her?

Where did all this money you talk about go? Bernie claims to be left with nothing but debt?

Let's not forget that when Becker wasn\'t interested in Bernie that she was making her life with Tom enough to have a child called Sally. Wasn't Sally planned and tried for?

She knew all along that he was smoking and that he had the money yet she never reported anything or tried to stop him in any way before October of 1994 when Becker was starting to leave his wife. Then and only then did she start to cause problems in her own marriage to get out of it. She was desperate then and would do anything to be together with Becker "no matter what".

What happened at that time that convinced Becker that their dirty little secret was true? Did health problems come up?

Question: Why do you say that Bonnie never wrote that letter? Is it because it does not fit your conspiracy theory? Is it because it paints a rather unflattering picture of Tom and his mother Rose?

I have taken the time to ask Bonnie about the letter, and she says unequivocally that she wrote it. She also says she is not going to waste her time worrying about someone else's doubts. She has a family and a job and more important things to do.
