This day is never going to come. The bones are dust. The glock is rusted away or at best un-finger printable. Maybe finding a skull or teeth will prove that tom has passed away, thata all. The window has closed. Prisoners in jail are enjoying the cards, maybe too much, but I dont think tom told many of them that he was goingto kill himself, if he did and they came forward your next posting would be - who paid them to lie. Question: Please, give us the overwhelming evidence that you "as the outsider" have that the detectives 'NEVER FOR ONE MOMENT" thought anything but a suicide?

Have the detective write to us on here if that's possible to give us those words exactly.

Have your "very dear friend" Scott Daniel's" write on this board and use that phrase.

So that's how things are being "leaked" out to the unknown's of the case by Scott Daniel's?

Maybe his boss should be made aware of this. Is this Ok with the department that because you're friend that you are privy to all inside information? Is that how Bill get's all his inside information too?

Or does Mr Daniel's say to you that he believes Tom killed himself because they haven't found his remains?
To make you feel better? He never thought anything but suicide? How do you know what he really thinks?
Are you in his mind too?

Question: Turn off the t.v. for a few months. In real life, unlike your no doubt television infatuation with crime shows ( ie- c.s.i., ect.ect) , there isnt always a crime. On tv there is always a sneaky undiscovered clue, a gulty party, a nielsen rating to be had. No, real life is different. When the husband runs around telling his family he is goingto kill himself and his last words to his family are you will never see me again, only in your dreams- and then disappears never to be seen again. Absolutely no sign of foul play. Guess what- ..............he told the truth.

Yes there are three possibilities here. There is also a possibility that the sun wont come up tomorrow but I choose to not dwell on the ridiculosly unlikely.

The detectives, never for one moment, ever thought the case had three equally likely scenarios. I personally know the the detectives for the mcso who investigated and am very good friends with scott daniels of the fdle. They are not harboring murder theories at all.

Question: If it's totally remote then why is it equally one of the three finding of the detectives? Why do you feel as an outsider that you are right and the detectives are wrong?

They still have this case open. In the event that something does appear or someone has a change of heart then it is a good possibility that this case can be finally solved.

Nothing is eliminated in this case. There are three (not one) ways this case went into a cold case.

If the Becker's didn't push every single way to find the truth, it might be solved by now. But they don't want that. They like the fact that they can both down Tom Stump. It's something that makes them feel as if they are on top.

Be on top. The day will come your way and then we'll see who's on top. One has to be wrong and it's possible it's us. But it is also a possibility it's the Becker's.

Find the body 		 
Question: Tom's demise came straight from his own lips. It would be great to find the body. There isnt ever going to be any magical new lead. Tom's statement to bonnie effectively eliminates foul play as even a remote possibility.

Recall the guy had prior knowledge of his disappearance before it ever happened. Needing this website to find tom is just ludacris. The website exists to smear the becker family - anyone with half a brain can see it for what it is. So I will continue poking fun at every opportunity. Question: Somebody should check the k.w. site also. So very many missing persons.
I saw a movie once called soylent green, I think they remade it recently. The hamburgers seem awful cheap down in those florida keys. I found a hair in one the other day - I thought it was the cooks hair- now Im not so sure. Tom didnt have mush hair did he?

Boat/boats? 		 
Question: Mark told me that the boat Gary stole was the one that Gary was captain of and not Mitch's boat. I do believe that Gary was captain of a boat. Gary told my Mom and I that he was captain of a boat and we stayed on this boat. Gary kept this boat on Marathon Key. It is possible yes that Mitch had the boat and the title was in Robert Thompsons name. Gary did live in Mitch's home and also work for Mitch.
Mark who says he also worked for Mitch told me that he and Mitch owned a boat together. Mark said he got mad at Mitch for allowing Gary to use their boat without Mark being asked first. He said he was so mad because when Gary used their boat he ran the boat with no oil and blew the engine.
When Gary used the boat he took to Mexico he called Mitch because the boat had broke down and asked Mitch for money.
Gary's court records for the boat theft do not show my Mom's name or Mitch's name. They do show Mark Ripin was subpoenaed to testify on Gary's behalf. Dr. Jose Garcia, the Dentist that Bernie worked for, was also
subpoenaed.
Seems odd my Mom's name wouldn't be mentioned if in fact Gary did take my Mom on the boat and dump her into the ocean and then leave for Mexico afterward. They all say that Gary left about a week after my Mom disappeared, I think it was about a month later.

Question: Yea and she took her friends down a street that had nothing to do with the disappearance of Tom.
But she sure knew how to get to that road and go down it to the end. Knew all about the type of
marsh it was and all about how he could never be found. Did she take a class to learn all that so well?

Question: Is it possible the Mitch just never passed over the title to himself? That he only had the possession of the boat?
That is one reason he could say it was his and yet it be registered to another.

If Bernie took the cops to one house where the "murder" took place there would be nothing that could prove it. But if she mixed the truth (as she has been known to do) then they were off the hook for not reporting a murder. Besides they were to busy selling prescriptions.

Detective McNeill 		 
Question: McNeill told me that she was one of the first detectives on my Mom's case, along with Detective Richard Conrady. She said they both searched the home on Iris Dr. as well as the woods that surrounded the home and did not find any blood or hole. Records show she disappeared from Tortuga Ln. on No Name Key, why was this home not checked? Mark said he saw the blood and hole in the kitchen by the sliding glass doors right after arriving home with Mitch on a sunday afternoon. Mark also said the hole and blood were seen inside the Iris Drive home and not Tortuga Ln. Same with Mitch, the only difference in their stories are, Mitch says the hole and blood were in his bedroom.
