Phone records can be released by Bernie easily. 		 
Question: Would the Becker's be Ok if a billboard was put up in the Keys with the same information as the deck of cards? That is not accusatory or slanderous at all. You can bet your bottom dollar they will be calling every single billboard owner in the Keys telling them not to allow her to do it. Why not?

The phone records per the sheriff is still part of the case that they don't want to release. Could be that the calls made to or from there could be used against Bernie if this ever went to court. Otherwise there would be no reason Bernie herself couldn't have puller her own records and forwarded them to the Stumps. Just to shut them up if nothing else. But they don't want Rose knowing some of the numbers that were charged on there for some reason.

Question: The beckers were not capable of blocking phone records. If the authorities need them they subpeona them- period. Bernie has no power there.

The ads that were disputed were very accusatory and slanderous.

Once again the only blocks exist in the closed minds of the stumpee's.

Question: Whoa Nelly! It seems that Sal Gutierrez's site is giving great information about two commissioners talking about "getting the judge" in the Keys to do something they want to slip in. Could this how things get by in the Keys? Friends helping friends?

The case of Tom Stump has received so many "BLOCKS" for no reason. Phone records, ad's for the paper and even just a letter to the editor. They do not want Tom Stump's remain found. They never wanted any sign of his life to immerge and wouldn't you wonder why not?

'Wash the blood and it never happened?' This comment is no more than a simple descriptive phrase. I don't know if blood was involved in this case.

dtl is a 45 year old married male.

He defends Bernie because he knew Tom and what Tom was capable of doing....

And he knows that Bernie and Bill are not capable of doing what you are accusing them of.

Question: Why do you pretend you are talking to bernie? Do you have some fantasy of getting to speak to bernie? You could just call her on the phone. Accusing all the posts as being from bernie is just lieing. Should the defense team address all of our posts to rose? At least she actually reads the website. Bernie spent big money on psychologists who made her swear never to look at it. I guess because I know the parties so well including Tom, back then, You fantasize that you are actually getting to talk to the real deal. Question: Where is the curiosity in bernie not calling the authorities until four hours after tom left?

They spent four hours wondering was he serious or not, is he going to come walking out of the woods after an hour of blowing off steam. Is he just tending to the garden, for an hour or two. In fact if you call the cops on a missing person they will tell you they have to be gone at least a day or two. I am guessing that the missing glock and the threat of suicide got the police to break their policy and begin looking into it sooner: at the 4 hour point. Bernie waiting an 4 hours is completely normal. Yet, another non-clue going up in smoke.
