Statement by Mr. Bashinsky 		 
Question: "Judge Taylor did not do what she was supposed to do. She gave them what they wanted"

This statement by Mr. Bashinsky is so true. This is what the Stump's and those who have read the case paperwork believe. Is the judge a friend of Bill Becker or Bernie Stump/Becker? Bill made a statement a while back saying "any right thinking judge". He may try to deny that statement but if he does he is down right lying. It's proven and so is the statement he made to Rose Stump saying, "I'm not trying to con ya". Does he talk like that on his radio show?

So we have the new sheriff, a felon Ripin, secrets, infidelity, divorce, disappearances, no reporting of Diana Harris over a month to mention a few. Secrets and lies, believing in their lies and right thinking judges. And Bill is not trying to con us about this.

All though that type of information isn't relevant there may be other information that he/she could bring forward that will help the Stump case.

Hoorays for Sloan, he is a strong man and a decent one. Not many out there like that. Great drivel today man.

Question: If you would like to discuss Jerry Springer you can certainly look at Bernie's life. Abandonment, divorces, infidelity, arrest, drug use and suspicion of 2 missing persons that's just some of what we know.

(all the above is true and so therefore Becker can't complain)

Now she has cleaned up her act but the fact remains she still has a background much more than the average Joe.

Where is the paperwork that says Pat Cannon changed his story? Can you prove that? Poof in the air and up in smoke, like the rest of your garbage.

Question: It is curious that the stumpee's find all these supposed discrepancies, post on here till their blue in the face , all the while argueing their points to death. Yet when you ask them to call the authorities outside of the corrupt ( yea right ) monroe county - these same daily posters suddenly dont seem to believe their stories enough to speak to someone who might help.

I guess you would first have to honestly believe them yourself. The website remains a place where the jerry springer audience kills time while waiting for the next rerun to air.

Question: This is from the MCSO detectives report, regarding their interview with Monica Haskell (the wife of Tom's business partner):

"When asked what she thought happened to Stump, she said she thought Tom had killed himself. She said her brother (Pat Cammon) had told her about a conversation he had once with Stump several years prior to the disappearance. THEY TALKED ABOUT HOW THEY WOULD KILL THEMSELVES IF THEY EVER DID IT. STUMP HAD SAID HE WOULD CRAWL DOWN INTO SOME MANGROVES AND SHOOT HIMSELF, THAT WAY HE WOULD NOT BE FOUND. HE HAD FURTHER SAID THAT THE FISH WOULD EAT HIM."

Pat Cannon was later interviewed by the detectives who were, no doubt, very interested in someone who talks about hiding bodies. Faced with the inquisitive detectives, Cannon changed his story but still admitted that "they had a discussion about how to get rid of a body in the Keys."

He could have been talking about Diana Harris 		 
Question: Let's talk about this blowing of a head. If a Glock that is a powerful gun went off then blood would have been in the water and fragments would be floating. The searchers were out there and the helicopters were searching. Not one single thing was found. Nothing. If what you say (very intricately I might add almost as if you knew what happened) then something would have been found.

How do you know so much about this conversation that Tom had with Monica's brother? Where you there or did you get this 27 th hand and embellished it over for you own liking? You say he talked about suicide but the actual person who had the conversation with Tom says different. Like what was said on another post, he could have been talking about Diana Harris's case told to him by Bernie and or Mark.

Bill and Bernie in a relationship at the time... 		 
Question: Hmmmmmmm.....

It could be that Tom wasn't to rid himself of the pain he was in finding out that his complete life with Bernie was a lie. The dog went to the street. The child said he left in a car. No evidence that anyone actually witness Tom actually walk anywhere. They "came back down and he was gone". They speculate that is where he went because that is what he originally said he was going to do. Talk a walk.

He never said he was going to commit suicide. Did Bernie tell her friends he was going to commit suicide? Did her friends urge her to call the police. Did Bernie tell her doctor that she had been confiding in for 10 months or more that Tom was saying he would kill himself? Did Tom confide in his best friend and partner that he was suicidal.

Nothing more than speculation. Bernie was upset and words started flying. The first call when the cops refused to do anything about Tom was because Bernie never mentioned suicide or a gun. If she had they would have come immediately. She sat for 4 hours and drummed up emotions of him not letting her out of that marriage and something had to happen. Tom had to get out. Well he did. He went in a car. Possible.

Bernie and Bill have something to hide. They have been trying to hide it from day one. But Bill slipped with one detective and he documented that "Bill Becker was in a relationship AT THE TIME of Tom Stump's disappearance". And the lie detector questions did not include that question. That would have been motive in any other case. Lover, money, power. All motive.

Somethings to think about 		 
Question: As I understand it, Tom was in the habit of taking frequent long walks in the woods, for whatever reasons. On those numerous occasions I don't believe the family became overly concerned or called the Sheriff's Office.

So what made them "very upset" (in Sally's words) when he walked into the woods on July 24, 1995?

What made them call the Sheriff's Office and ask for help?

Hmmmmm.....

Could it be that Tom was suicidal?
Said good-bye to everyone?
You'll see me in your dreams?
You'll never find me?

The fact that he never came back from that particular walk in the woods certainly supports the theory that Tom truly intended to commit suicide.

And the fact that Bernie called the sheriff's office for help shortly after Tom walked off would lend credence to the fact that she had nothing to hide. Then or now.

Tom knew what he was doing 		 
Question: It couldnt be easier to kill yourself and hide your body. Where you guys are stuck is in realizing that you would hide your body first and then kill your self.

The scenario that Tom told multiple people. On a high tide, wedge yourself down into some mangrove roots ( If you have never seen a mangrove tree at the waters edge this makes no sense to you- go right now and surf up a picture) feet first, deep beath and go under and shoot yourself during your minute breath. Simple. Marine scavengers do the rest.

While you and I cant comprehend this, recall, Tom is joe militia man with ak-47's and cammo galore ( yet doesnt hunt) subscribing to right wing anti government publications- now looking squarly at divorce and starting over again. It remains very easy to kill yourself and hide the body.

Question: I agree with the I wonder why poster. I believe they will both get what's due. They made Tom an invisible man and daily trap themselves into their pit deeper and deeper. They monitor daily and I believe pretend to be many people. They spend so much time saying the same thing over that they have memorized their words.

I also think the "believe in your lies" was from Bernie. I would think that if Bill were smart he would do everything in his power to find out.

Tom was a good father to the girls but only monetarily. Bill Becker should have been paying all those years. Bernie's lie destroyed 4 lives. Mark, Bill, Bonnie and Tom. They all believed her lies and all she was doing was waiting for Bill to believe her and we wonder how she finally did that? Then no one else mattered.

Question: I wonder why an innocent man, one who claimed he pasted a lie detector test would monitor this WebPages for years and defend himself. What I think is he is not innocent and neither is his bride. An innocent man would not give two hoots what folks say on this site. I believe Billy emailing the producers of this site to remove really nothing but here-say proves his guilt. Billy you fell into a trap and one day the trap door will close......close on you.
