The WORLD believes Tom committed suicide

Question: The following believe that Tom walked away of his own free will, and most likely committed suicide:

Three eyewitnesses (Bernie, Bonnie and Sally)

Monroe County Sheriff's detectives

Investigators with the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement

Polygraph examiners

Circuit Judge Sandra Taylor

The court-appointed conservator of Tom's estate

The wife of Tom's business partner

The news media in the Florida Keys

Intelligent residents of the Keys

News investigators who have looked into the case

I could go on, but you get the idea.

I know that Rose and her trolls (they remind me of the flying monkeys in the Wizard of Oz) claim that it's all a gigantic conspiracy.

Unfortunately, they confuse conspiracy with consensus.

Question: The local priest told the detectives that the daughters believed what the mother told them. So in reality the wife is the only one who believes that Stump committed suicide.

Something not brought up.

Question: With Bernie in need of money after Tom disappeared, why did she take the $2,000.00 she found while searching around for the PVC pipe, and put it in a safe deposit box instead of the bank for use?

questions

Question: Bernie had discussed the fact for 6 months before the day Tom disappeared that she and the girls were moving out. That sets us back to January of 95. She told Tom he could have joint custody. but only if he did what she requested. Tom told her (per Bernie) that he would take out his money (not dig it up) and go back to Ohio. All this took place on Sunday night before the disappearance.
Bernie said Tom cried. She also said he had remorse. If she was talking about going to counseling if he would what exact would he be remorseful for? I don't see where Bernie said that Tom played on the computer and gave Sally a bath, as the child said? Bernie also claims that Monday morning is when Tom said there was nothing to live for. Not the evening before.

Bernie never says anything about a gun in these statements. She said they all said goodbye downstairs at the gate, yet Bonnie said he came upstairs and said goodbye.

Why did her friends tell her to wait a few hours before calling police?

Why didn't either child say anything about Tom saying that he had no reason to live?

Why did her friends ask her if she heard a gun shot?

Bernie said there was "twigs" found, yet no statements from the authorities say this.

Why was Bernie keeping a close eye on Scott Haskell's boats as she stated?

Grief and Suicide

Question: This is truly a difficult situation, but the words and actions of the Stump family have made it so much worse. The suicide of a child of any age presents unique circumstances that intensify and prolong the mourning of parents and family members. Suicide is a reaction to overwhelming feelings of loneliness, worthlessness, helplessness, hopelessness, and depression. It usually occurs when a person’s pain exceeds his or her resources and ability to cope. While mental illness plays a role in many suicides, not everyone who dies by suicide is mentally ill. While Tom was somewhat unbalanced, few would consider him mentally ill.

Sometimes there are warning signs of the person’s intentions. However, clues may be so disguised that even a trained professional or counselor may not recognize them. Occasionally there are no discernible signs, as in the case of Tom Stump, and suicide becomes a catastrophic decision that can never be understood or resolved. Had Tom agreed to see a counselor, as Bernie asked, his suicide may have been avoided. We'll never know. Tom took the answers to his grave.

Can we have an answer to this important question?

Question: Why has Mrs. Stump not answered this important question?

"Pick one.

A) Rose disbelieves Sally and Bonnie when they tell her that Tom walked away of his own free will and committed suicide. In that case, Rose is essentially calling them liars.

OR

B) Rose believes Sally and Bonnie, and accepts that Tom could and did commit suicide. In that case, this website, the book and everything else she says is a lie.

Can't have it both ways, Mrs. Stump..........Pick one."

Who was Bernie's attorney?

Question: If Bernie was not prosecuted for forging prescriptions for drugs, who was the attorney who pulled strings to get her off? Wanna bet it was Mitch Denker?

Wasn't that just about the time the Harris woman disappeared from Denker's party house?

Sal, Sloan, Sandy

Question: I guess their on the Becker family just like these three....Maybe we could start a webpage dedicated to the 3 of them...Bill see if you can get some more dirt on them, you're good at that. Maybe they do drugs or maybe they also hid a body in the mangroves. I know Sandy cuts mangroves.

Possibilities/probabilities

Question: The detectives conclude that Tom left of his own free will.

From that point, they say, there are three possibilities:

1) Relocated to unknown area. This is hard to imagine, since he took nothing of value (except his gun) that would assist him in setting up a new life somewhere else. No one has seen or heard from Tom in over thirteen years. Relocation is highly unlikely.

2) Died as the result of accident, negligence or homicide. Again, no evidence of this at all. No indication of any foul play. No indication of any crime. No blood. No polygraph results indicating any sort of criminal activity or intent. No testimony that Tom was a victim of anything except his own depression.

3) Committed suicide. This is the only conclusion that has any support in terms of witness testimony from the three people who were there. And they are all in agreement as to what Tom said and what his intent was.

Denker, Ripin, Argenzio and Boats

Question: Gary stole a boat in August, 1981. This belonged to Robert Thompson.
Denker instead said the boat was his. Mark Ripin said that Gary stole a boat that Gary was captain of. Ripin also said that he was mad at Denker once because Denker loaned Gary a boat that belonged to Ripin and Denker. Ripin said Gary ran the boat with no oil and the engine blew up.

While Gary was in Mexico, Denker said that Gary called him and asked him for money because the boat had broke down. Denker said he refused to give Gary money because Gary had stole from him.

During Gary's boat theft trial Mark Ripin did testify for Gary. Also
subpoenaed was Dr. Jose Garcia. How do either of them have any involvement with Gary's trial?
Is this the same Dr. Jose Garcia who worked in the same dental office as Bernie?

Counting votes

Question: According to the elections office, the crack-head sitting in the county jail got more votes than Sal, Sandy and Sloan put together. Keys voters must be on to them.

Stooge

Question: was brought up by the Becker Crowd....I believe you hung that story on Sal, Sloan, and Sandy.....They never were arrested for forging prescription, were they?????......Becker called Sal a website hacker, a malcontent and compared him to the crack head running for the mosquito board. They ran for office and lost, is that a crime.

Feeble

Question: That drug story is 25 years old. Bond set at $1500 for the Ripins, but $15,000 for the other person....tells me who the ringleader was. Charges were dropped, there's no record of any prosecution. Bernie doesn't go near that stuff anymore.

All it tells me is that all this is not about the truth. It's only about character assassination.

Question needs to be answered please.

Question: Regarding the boat that was reported stolen by Denker by Argengio. It was owned by a third party.

Was that 3rd party MARK RIPIN? Anyone have some concrete evidence?

We know he owned a boat so don't come up with he didn't own a boat becker's.

So sad

Question: It is so sad when some people can't accept reality. Like the reality of overwhelming rejection by the general public. Take, for instance, the Three Stooges (Sal, Sandy and Sloan). They all lost their elections by huge margins. They can't accept that maybe it was something about them, their questionable character that made the voters reject them with such numbers.

Now, as if to think that they may still have some relevance to society, all they can do is snipe from the sidelines on an obscure website in a ridiculous attempt to discredit Bill and his family. Fortunately, the people of the Keys know that Bill has more integrity in the tip of his little finger than the Three Stooges combined.

DT member

P.S. The Stumps must really be desperate to stake their case on these three losers who have absolutely zero credibility.
