FATHER AND SONS ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES
Hartly- The Governors Task Force
(GTF) arrested a Hartly man and his three sons last
night on numerous drug related offenses. The incident occurred at
approximately
GTF members had gone to the home to check on the father and one of his sons who
are both on probation. The son was also wanted on two capiases.
Upon arrival at the home GTF members contacted Gregory Keiser and two of his
sons, John Keiser and Gregory Keiser Jr. The third son, Ronald Keiser was
subsequently found hiding on the floor of a vehicle parked behind the
home. GTF members then conducted an administrative search of the
home and located approximately 11.8 grams of crack cocaine, a marijuana plant,
ammunition, prescription pills not in their original containers, and drug
paraphernalia.
Gregory L. Keiser Sr., 45, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession
with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of ammunition by a person
prohibited, manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a dwelling, drugs not in
original container, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana,
and conspiracy.
Gregory L. Keiser Jr., 22, was charged with manufacturing marijuana, maintaining
a dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and
conspiracy.
Ronald M. Keiser, 19, was charged with manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a
dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, possession of
marijuana, and conspiracy.
John W. Keiser, 21, was charged with manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a
dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and
conspiracy.
Gregory L. Keiser Sr., and Ronald M. Keiser were both
committed to the
Gregory L. Keiser Jr., and John W. Keiser were both
released on unsecured bonds.
