Q: Do you have any information … that has changed your view at all as to whether Mr. Padden may or may not have committed this offense or been involved in it?

A: Yeah. What I found out about Colorado.

Q: What is it you found out about Colorado?

A: Like I said, just that he was involved in a case there. He was tried – I think he was tried because one of his friends had died. I am not sure. I think they said that he was – he was tried for like helping him commit suicide or something.
