Excerpt from 1992 report by Detective Ernest Wilson, Rio Rancho Department of Public Safety:

A secretary at the State Lab, Jackie Garcia, told me they received a phone call from RRDPS with the proper case numbers and gave them instructions not to do a serology examination of the materials submitted. Just do the fingerprint exams. I asked her if she recorded a name of the individual who requested that? She said no.
